At Victoria's Candies, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Package
Upon delivery, immediately check your chocolates and candies for any signs of damage or spoilage that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging, as these are required for us to process a claim with our carriers.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Email our team at support@victoriascandies.com with your order number and the attached photos to request a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Await Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement.
