All Victoria's Candies are made in small batches using premium ingredients. We seal our packaging immediately after production and store them in temperature-controlled environments to ensure they arrive fresh at your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We use specialized insulated packaging during warmer months to prevent melting during transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are there options for customers with nut allergies?
While we offer products without nut ingredients, all of our candies are processed in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We recommend that individuals with severe allergies exercise caution.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
